How It Works

Hub 2 Plus communicates with Ajax detectors and devices using Jeweller and Wings radio protocols. Jeweller handles alarms, events, and commands with low latency, while Wings transmits photo verification data using dedicated antennas and packet re-uploading algorithms. The hub connects to the outside world through Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, and two SIM cards, automatically switching between channels to maintain stable communication. Photo verification is delivered quickly, even over cellular networks, thanks to LTE support.
